Heal The Land EP by MJ White

Republic's ninth release is a very special one, because it demonstrates the holistic impact of house music with a fully realized vision. New York-based vocalist, songwriter and soul man extraordinaire M.J. White joins forces with Republic's Steven Garcia's for a two-faceted release in which advanced sonic science combines with House's natural social consciousness and spirituality.

On "Heal the Land", White's stirring vocals - part wailing soul, part incantation - form a prayer that his fellow human beings will wake up and realize their connection to nature and to each other before darkness and destruction overtake us. Garcia's luminous production paints a cinematic portrait of struggle and redemption.
